Generally speaking, the results indicate that customers are, on the whole, very satisfied when it comes to service, logistics and collaboration.
The most important conclusions were as follows:
That RIVAL’s services are excellent in terms of quality, and that RIVAL is seen as a very flexible supplier.
That customers feel we are reliable when it comes to delivery, but that – despite our focus on this issue – there have been instances where RIVAL has been unable to comply with agreed delivery deadlines. RVAL has been hesitant to contact customers in the event of changes to a delivery.
RIVAL is seen as an honest supplier, with information and machine parts being treated confidentially. Customers trust that RIVAL is able to process vital, costly parts.
