Norwegian orders for Denmark The Norwegian shipyard industry has started sending orders to subcontractors in Denmark because the Norwegian suppliers in the iron and metal industry are so busy that bottlenecks are building up. “The Norwegian Wärtsilä Group, for instance, has chosen to send orders to RIVAL in Skanderborg despite the strong Danish krone and additional transport costs," reports Henrik Holvad, Managing Director at RIVAL, which is the partner of choice for a number of projects. The Norwegian yard explains that RIVAL is able to compete on delivery times, price and quality.
