Any working relationship (with employees, customers or suppliers) must cease immediately when it is possible to conclude that one of the parties involved has willingly perpetrated, practised or tolerated one or more of the following:
1. Knowingly falsified information. 2. Used child labour. 3. Used forced labour or slave labour. 4. Treated employees in an inhumane manner. 5. Knowingly supported corruption, blackmail, bribery or any other criminal activity. 6. Knowingly and repeatedly committed any extreme breach of an environmental or safety-related nature.
