RIVAL® ADJUSTABLE CALIBRATING SLEEVE FOR GREATER EFFICIENCY

Experience shows that pipes may be manufactured much faster using the RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve than with fixed calibrating sleeves.

Increase the speed and the efficiency
With the RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve, you can increase both speed and efficiency without compromising on quality. You can also change from one pressure class to another, or from one material to another, without stoppages.

Replace all other calibrating sleeves
A single RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve replaces all other calibrating sleeves for each pipe diameter, and allows pipe manufacturers to optimise production. The RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve can be adjusted for changes in pipe diameter caused by production variations.

Up to four different pressuer class without stoppages.
The RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve allows pipe manufacturers to produce pipes with three to five different pressure ratings using the same calibrating sleeve, all without stoppages.

Accuracy of 0,01 mm
The RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve is operated by using an electric motor. Values are shown with an accuracy of 0.01 mm, and the set diameter is easily read on the display.

Greater efficiency
The RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve may be adjusted to the right diameter, with both high and low extruder output. Experience shows that pipes may be manufactured much faster using the RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve than with fixed calibrating sleeves.
