BETTER SURFACE AND ROUND PIPES

The RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve calibrates the pipe along the entire calibrating sleeve so that the pipe has a firm shell of a quality to allow the pipe to support itself during cooling.

The adjustibility allows a constantly high vacuum to be held which is required to retain the roundness of the pipe during cooling.

The RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve is manufactured according to a principle and a quality at which the adjustibility of the RIVAL® adjustable calibrating sleeve does not scratch the pipe.

All in all, this means that the pipe manufacturer can manufacture pipes with better surfaces and rounder pipes than before.

Better surfaces and rounder pipes result in a higher quality of the finished product – and possibly also a higher sales price.
